About Us

The Learning Elephant came about during the quarantine of Covid-19 when schools and businesses were forced to shut down and kids had to adjust to online schooling. Also during this time I  wrote my 1st book called “Charlotte wants to be a… Pediatric Dentist “. The book was written with my patients in mind because I missed going to work and the day to day interactions I had with my patients. Being at home watching my kids having to adjust to this new “norm”, I wanted to do something to make a difference not only for my own kids but for all kids all around the world. This is where the learning elephant came into existence. 

In many cultures and religions, the elephant is a sacred animal symbolizing wisdom, strength, patience, and loyalty. Learning is a crucial character trait, because if we stop learning, we stop growing. We will all need characteristics to survive and flourish, and I wanted to use this time to make something that can help kids of all ages. We have different resources here and we will continue to make improvements.  Our goal is to give kids the resources and do what we can to help make the world a better place one book at a time.
